LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION, IT’S SHOWTIME

Kyle Whisner, a native of Riverside, California, grew up just minutes away from the famous road course circuit where legendary NASCAR Cup Series, ARCA Menards West Series, and SCCA drivers competed until the track closed in 1988. Fueled by his early desire to one day compete against his heroes, he began his racing career at the age of nine. By the time he turned seventeen, he was already recognized by NASCAR as a veteran driver.

He stood alongside his supportive yet ailing father as they established their family team, KWM. Young Kyle gained invaluable experience competing in Late Model and Super Late Model races on Southern California's most challenging short tracks before his father's death from cancer. As he learned the intricacies of the trade, Kyle also worked on his own cars, developing a keen understanding of the constantly evolving motorsports industry.

Living in Southern California, he took up work in the film industry, using his abilities in front of and behind the camera to support his family.

Whisner ultimately moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, to become a major manufacturer precision driver, driving instructor, and lead mechanic for the Richard Petty Driving Experience. Inevitably, he drove on some of the most prestigious race tracks in the country. While working for RPDE, instructing Military and Law Enforcement EVOC and Tactical Training, and giving thrill rides for major manufacturers, Kyle integrated his talents and experience in NASCAR, utilizing his skills in building racecars. Kyle has worked in various roles across multiple series, including ARCA, Truck, Xfinity, and Cup. Knowing how to drive and build his cars gives Kyle perspective and respect for getting the car to the racetrack and into victory lane.

Beginning in 2025, Whisner, with the support of his partners, will compete in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series, one-off ARCA races, and late-model events at the world-renowned Bowman Gray Stadium while giving back to the deserving children and their families at Victory Junction Camp.
